Connexis | Te Pūkenga is focused on providing the experience needed for our learners to reach their full potential.
With the Infrastructure Education and Training Charitable Trust grant awarded to Connexis, we were able to create a scholarship with Outward Bound to provide the necessary experience for our aspiring leaders.
The Professional course offered by Outward Bound is a five-day programme structured for aspiring leaders, offering trials and workshops testing their resilience, adaptability and confidence throughout the Marlborough Sounds. Successful applicants can select between the Professional or Women in Leadership course.
We are calling on employers to nominate their learners. If you have any learners who display exceptional leadership skills within the workplace, we want to hear from you!
